Our Process involve meeting the clients and getting their requirement, budget, School district, location and figure out the best possible houses to match the clients needs. Help the clients to get pre-approval and negotiate for the best possible purchase price, obtain credit from the sellers. We give credit to the buyers usually around 1 % of the purchase price (certain restrictions apply)
Listing Agent - Sellers: We Represent the sellers in trying to locate the strong buyer for their property.We give credit to the buyers for brand new house purchase upto 2% (certain restrictions apply)
Short Sale: We represent the sellers in distress to list the Property and get strong offer for the property and negotiate with the bank to avoid foreclosure and get the sucessful completion of short sale process and minimize the damage to your credit history.
Investment Properties: We locate Investment properties for our buyers, based on their budget and long term goals. We have sold several investment properties for our clients and clients are very happy with the rental income and positive cash flow, they are able to break even with the rent and are looking forward to the appreciation in 5 years.
